The MA1102 can be integrated into a broad range of power-sensitive mobile devices including mobile phones, PMPs, PNDs, notebook PCs, dongles and mini-cards.

                                        

A typical cellular platform integration is shown below where the MA1102 acts as a co-processor to the main system host processor and interfaces directly to the camera module. The multimedia performance of the mobile device can be dramatically enhanced without increasing the burden on the host processor. Another benefit is to replace expensive high-power host processors with lower complexity devices and let the MA1102 do the multimedia functions to deliver an even more cost-effective solution.
